This will help to lessen the contractor's burden. | 3. | CLAB makes all necessary arrangements to bring in workers from the point of entries in Port Klang, KLIA & LCCT before handing them over to the contractor. | 4. | A transit centre is planned to be set up to physically house the workers under one roof to ensure faster deployment to contractors & ensuring a ready pool of workers. | 5. | All arrangements pertaining to JIM, PLKS and FOMEMA will be handled by CLAB. | 6. | Periodically, CLAB will conduct visits to construction sites to re-evaluate the workers skills in order to optimise their skills. The visits also serve to resolve problems faced by contractors and the workers. In return, this will contribute positively to the contractors & industry . | 7. | All arrangements for FWCS and IG are being handled by CLAB, to minimise hassle & cost on contractors. | 8. | All our workers are registered with JTK (Jabatan Tenaga Kerja) of Kementerian Sumber Manusia to ensure valid and competent candidates. | 9. | CLAB is setting up an online system whereby key enforcement agencies and contractors will be able to access the workers vital information online. This will help enforcement agencies to gain accurate info when they are conducting operation to flush out illegal workers and also facilitate contractors to view details of our workers. | | 10. | In the event the worker absconded, proved to be unfit or involved in misconduct case, CLAB provides guarantee for replacement of worker for up to 3 months from the date he enters the country, provided his biodata is obtained from us. | | 11. | Our current customer base of more than 2,000 contractor companies provides for our solid track record.
