  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Maintenance, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,or any other discipline from recognized institution Excellent communication skills

  • 2 years working experiences in managing CLQ/Camp/Hostel position preferably in foreign workers and transit centre unit

  • Responsible for workers registration and issuance of both CLAB CLQ Identification Card and Access Control System Card

  • Responsible to provide cleaning services schedule.

  • Responsible to conduct continuous safety trainings to all CLQ & Transit Centre residents.

  • A confident and determined approach,

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office,

  • Result-driven with diversified knowledge in operation management.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge in customer service and aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

  • Ability to handle unstructured, diverse workload & multi-tasking.

  • Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised & team working skill.

  • A full driving license is often essential for jobs.

2. REGIONAL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (Based in Johor Bahru, Johor)



  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or in Business Administration or any equivalent,

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,

  • Fresh graduates will be considering as training will be provided,

  • Result-driven with diversified knowledge in operation management,

  • Experience in Foreign Construction Labour (FCL) intake and familiar with the rules and regulation with regard to FCL would be an advantage,

  • Good communication and negotiation skills,

  • Good people management skill and computer literate,

  • Knowledge in customer service,

  • Ability to handle unstructured and diverse workload,

  • Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised,




  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial Science or at least a PSC.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.

  • PC literate

  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude and able to work independently.

  • Maintain a mature, gracious and professional manner when communicate with people.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills and has the ability to multi task, prioritize work and meet timelines.

  • Trustworthy, reliability, discretion and confidentiality are essential.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bahasa Melayu and English



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Psychology/ Communication or equivalent.

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Human Resources - Compensation and Benefits or related field is required for this position from a reputable company.

  • Good presentation skills and strong spoken and written communication skills.

  • Well verse with human resources policies and procedures.

  • Good knowledge of employment related acts and industrial practices of human resource matters. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Strong leadership qualities, able to provide technical advice and guidance to others, a good team player, self-motivated, high-energy, enthusiastic, positive mind and pleasant personality.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent




  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance or LCCI or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounts related position preferable

  • Good knowledgeable in handling full set of financial accounting

  • Well versed in UBS Accounting System.

  • Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Words and accounting software

  • Able to work independently with enthusiastic personality and in a fast paced environment

  • Eager to learn and progress with the company

  • Able to work and contribute as a team member and perform multi tasking
