1. SECRETARY CUM PERSONAL ASSISTANT(Kuala Lumpur)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial Science or at least a PSC.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bahasa Melayu and English,

  • PC literate,

  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude and able to work independently,

  • Maintain a mature, gracious and professional manner when communicate with people.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills and has the ability to multi task, prioritize work and meet timelines.

2. HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT(Kuala Lumpur)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Psychology/ Communication or equivalent.

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Human Resources – Payroll, Training, Compensation and Benefits or related field is required for this position from a reputable company.

  • Good presentation skills and strong spoken and written communication skills,

  • Proficient in HR Payroll Software and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point,

  • Strong leadership qualities, able to provide technical advice and guidance to others, a good team player, self-motivated, high-energy, enthusiastic, positive mind and pleasant personality,

  • Well verse with payroll, human resources policies and procedures (SOP & IR),

  • Good knowledge of employment related acts and industrial practices of human resource matters. 

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent

3. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT(Kuala Lumpur)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma or Professional Certificate in any field or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Ability to converse in third language is an added advantage,

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR / Admin Department,

  • Experience in handling Foreign Worker would be an advantage,

  • Well discipline and positive attitude,

  • Good in Public Relations & people management skill and computer literate,

  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

  • Willing to travel and working odd hours.

 

4. REGIONAL OPERATION ASSISTANT(Johor Bahru)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma or Professional Certificate in any field or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of working experience.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in third language is an added advantage,

  • Experience in handling Foreign Worker would be an advantage,

5. IT ASSISTANT(Kuala Lumpur)

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or Professional Certificate in any field or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years working experiences in clerical position preferably in information technology

  • Fresh graduates will be considering as training will be provided.

  • Knowledge in computerized system

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

6. CLQ MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT(Based in Construction Labour Quarters Sg. Buloh, Selangor)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a TVET Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Professional Certificate in office administration any field or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years experienced in building maintenance.

  • Proficient in BI and BM, spoken and written report and computer literate.

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the CLQ.

  • Possess own transport.

  • Responsible to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in the CLQ.

  • Able to work independently with enthusiastic personality and in a fast paced environment

  • Responsible to repair and fix any small mechanical or electrical problem or part at CLQ.

  • Eager to learn and progress with the company

  • Able to work overtime and perform multi-tasking.

  • Team working, willing to travel and prepare to work long hour,

  • A full driving license is often essential for jobs,

  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the CLQ.

  • Oversee the waste disposal system and rubbish collection in the CLQ.

  • Maintain all fire fighting equipment and alarm system in the CLQ.

  • Monitor maintenance of STP and septic tank.

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in the CLQ and submit quarterly report to CLQ Administration Executive.

  • Plan and conduct emergency response training.

  • Responsible to issue basic needs in the CLQ to workers, such as bedding item, lockers and shoe rack.

  • Plan and monitor fogging, larvicide and pest control in the CLQ.

  • Monitor and prepare reports for on service provider performance in the CLQ.

  • Repair and fix any small mechanical or electrical problem or part at CLQ.

  • Monitor electricity and water usage at CLQ.

  • Assist CLQ Executive in any emergency situation in CLQ.

Assist CLQ Executive in term of monitoring security system and security guards.
