Application for Change of Employer is a program for the original employer who is currently employing an existing foreign worker who wants to transfer the foreign worker to a new employer (CLAB) due to certain reasons.

This is a facility given to employers to ensure continued employment opportunities for foreign workers involved and it is subject to policies and regulations set by the government.
