E-CLAB Portal
e-CLAB is an online Application Platform for employers who have a Temporary Work Visit Pass (PLKS) under CLAB only and this is a convenient way for employers to submit applications without having to attend the CLAB office.
This portal allows only employers to submit applications through 3 modules, namely the FOMEMA health examination application (e-FOMEMA), the application to renew the PLKS Temporary Work Visit Pass (e-LANJUTAN) and the Check Out Memo application (e-COM).
Conditions Of Application
e-FOMEMA

Employees with the status of Hired, Permit Expired, Runaway, Recalibration are only allowed.

Group applications must follow the same nationality and clinic.

Applications are allowed as early as 5 months before the permit (PLKS) expires.
e-LANJUTAN

Suitable fomema results only

Passport over 12 months old.

No record of Runaway workers.

Applications allowed as early as 3 months up to 10 days before the permit (PLKS) expires.

Payment within 3 Days from the date of approval of the application.
e-COM

Don't have a new passport
-
Flight ticket before 14 days from the flight date only.

Flight date before the permit (PLKS) expires.
