Programme Objectives
The Joint Committee between the Minister of Home Affairs and the Minister of Human Resources 11th Bill.2/2024 decided on the amnesty of foreign workers in the construction sector in the country who are not registered as Construction Personnel at CIDB during the period of May 2024 until 31 December 2024.
In connection with that, any employer who has not registered their foreign worker's Construction Personnel Card (Green Card) is advised to register their foreign worker under supervision as soon as possible to avoid a maximum fine of RM5,000 per worker under Act 520 section 33(4) ).
