Don't worry, CLAB is ready to accept your foreign workers.

Application for Employer Exchange is a program for the former employer who is currently employing an existing foreign worker who wants to transfer the foreign worker to a new employer (CLAB) due to certain reasons.

This is a facility given to employers to ensure continued employment opportunities for foreign workers involved and it is subject to policies and regulations set by the government.

Employers will not be blacklisted

Return of levy

to the former employer according to the remaining period of PLKS

The transfer of workers to CLAB is free of charge

Local Transfer

Ya. Berdasarkan Akta 520 Seksyen 33(a), Tiada penyelia tapak binaan atau pekerja binaan mahir boleh terlibat atau diambil, atau mengaku janji untuk terlibat atau diambil sebagai penyelia tapak binaan atau pekerja binaan mahir melainkan jika dia diakreditasi dan diperakukan oleh Lembaga dan memegang suatu perakuan yang sah yang dikeluarkan oleh Lembaga di bawah Akta ini. Pelanggaran akta ini mengakibatkan denda sebanyak RM5,000 akan dikenakan.
